These Plugs are Teardrop shaped . They will sit a little different in your ear hole then most plugs because of the shape .
A size example is 10mm or a 00 gauge plug . The bottom on the plug will be at its widest bottom measurement 7mm and at its widest top measurement 3mm with a slight flare or saddle to keep the plugs in place.
